Observation: Taylor reach in cooler needs both door gaskets repaired. All equipment must be kept in proper working order.
- Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
Observation: There is a hole in the wall under the hand washing sink near the three compartment sink. All floor walls and ceilings must be smooth easily cleanable and non absorbent.
- Package integrity
Observation: Several packages of frozen foods that were open that had been exposed to ice build up in the Taylor reach in cooler. All packaging must be made and maintained to protect food from exposure to ice or water during storage.

Observation: Cup being used as scoop in flour bucket. Must use utensil with handle stored outside of food and keep inverted to prevent contamination. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observation: Chlorine sanitizer was too strong. Chlorine sanitizer concentration must be maintained between 50 - 100ppm. Use chlorine test strips to ensure solution concentration. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observation: 1) Germinative potatoes in dry storage 2) Moldy tomatoes in walk-in cooler. Food that is unsafe must be discarded. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observation: Wooden surface shelves in dry storage not smooth and nonabsorbent. Must re-varnish or paint with light color at least two coasts provide smooth and easily cleanable surface.

Observation: Light gap under screen door in the back. Replace weather striping or door sweep to prevent entry pest.

Observation: Didn't have a thermometer in walk-in cooler. Must provide a thermometer to ensure adequate temperature is maintained.

Observation: 1)Food were stored on the floor in dry storage and walk-in freezer. All food must be 6" off the floor to prevent contamination and cleaning purpose. Corrected at time of inspection.

raw eggs above ready to eat food in reach-in cooler near large mixer. Raw eggs must be stored below any ready to eat foods to prevent contamination. CORRECTED.
- Plumbing system repaired according to law
1) Food preparation sink faucet is leaking when turned on. 2) Drain line for sanitizer basin on 3 comapatment sink leaks. Must repair plumbing to maintain in good condition.
- Material characteristics of non-food contact surfaces
1) Re-coat painted wood shelving in dry storage area to ensure surface is smooth, nonabsorbent, and easily cleanable. 2) Repair torn door seal for walk-in cooler to ensure unit will hold temperature properly.
