Observation: There was an open beverage with no lid and straw sitting at a food prep area. Discussed the importance proper beverag storage to prevent contamination. Corrected at time of inspection

Observation: The main exterior door was not insect/rodent tight.

Observation: In the standing cooler, there was cross contamination of raw sausage next to whipped cream and icing. Discussed the dangers of cross contamination and left proper food strorage guidelines. PIC stated that this will be rearranged once they close at two.

Observation: The ice chute of the pop machine was soiled.

Observation: Employee was handling a sandwch and pickle with bare hands. Discussed the dangers of preparing food with bare hands. Bare hand contact guidelines were left at the establishment. Sandwich was discarded and gloves were put at time of inspection.
