Observation: The top of the pop machine lid is damaged and shall be fixed.

Observation: The insides of the walk in cooler, tops of the cappuccino machine, microwave unit and other non food contact surfaces were not clean to sight.

Observation: The PIC did not know any of the symptoms of food borne illness and stated that she has never signed a sick policy since working for the facility.
