Handwashing sink equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100° F through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Observation: Food workers no longer use the plumber hand washing sink with hot and cold water under pressure in the service area. A temporary hand washing set up with a catch bucket is currently set up.
