Observation: Floor drain by the ice machine soiled with food debris accumulation. Grease deposits accumulating in the corners of establishment.

Observation: Raw shell eggs stored over ready to eat items (pasteurized egg products, canadian bacon, etc)in a reach in cooler. Raw shell eggs moved to lowest shelf of the cooler.

Observation: Non food contact surfaces of cooking and storage equipment are soiled.

Ice scoops and ice buckets are not stored to allow water drainage. Single service utensils on the floor next to leaking garbage in the dry storage area. Single service items were voluntarily discarded. Ice machine in the kitchen area is soiled. Ice chutes on soda dispenser are soiled. Ice cream machine was heavily soiled and taken off-line until thoroughly disassembled, cleaned and sanitized.
