Observation:Observed grill cleaner and glass cleaner stored with garlic sauce under prep table, moved chemicals to under sink storage, corrected on site.

Observation:Thermometer in the small prep cooler has separated liquid inside, no longer able to accurately measure temperature.

Observation:Observed hamburger gravy reheating in crockpot, was 59 degrees. Transferred to convection oven to reheat, corrected on site.
