Observation: Cove base must be installed in the dry storage area.

Observation: Did not have a sanitizer on site. Must use an approved sanitizer for food preparation (quat or chlorine).
- Handwashing sink equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100° F through a mixing valve or combination faucet.
Observation: Mens bathroom hand sinks did not reach 100*F (left was under 100*F and right was not on). Womens bathroom hand sink (left) did not reach 100*F.
- Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
Observation: Must have test strips to check the concentration of sanitizer.
- Material characteristics of non-food contact surfaces
Observation: The following areas are not smooth, easily cleanable, and non absorbent: FRP edges of hand sink (kitchen area), mop sink, and 3 hole sink. Also back edge of 3 hole sink, escutcheon covers for water lines under 3 hole sink, old hand sink holes, back edge of laminate counter (popcorn machine counter), underside of laminate counter top (all front service area), and exposed wood in womens bathroom.
