Observation:Hot dogs on the front part of the roller grill were 130 to 132 degrees, thermostat turned up, corrected on site.

Observation:There are no chlorine test papers to monitor sanitizer concentration, which shall be 50 to 100 ppm. Repeat violation.

Observation:Dishwashing machine is not dispensing sanitizer - there is an air bubble but the pump appears to be working.
- Indoor and outdoor surfaces
Observation:Observed carpet in both restrooms at the handwashing sinks.
