KDA_3_20215 - --In the cupboard below the hot dog roller a box of individual packages of salt was resting in a pool of water. The box was molding and falling apart. The PIC said a line burst and was leaking water recently. COS, box and salt discarded.

KDA_3_50116A2 - --In the Deli Express case 50 deli sandwiches and 10 burritos had temperatures ranging from 44 F to 48 F. PIC said the vendor stocked the RIC on Monday. COS, VD. The rest of the items temped at 43 F. PIC moved them to the WIC.
KDA_4_30111 - --The Deli Express RIC is not holding PHF's at 41 F or below. The ambient temperature is 43.7 F.
KDA_4_60111C - --The fan covers in the WIC are dusty. There are coffee grounds on the shelves of the cupboards below the coffee station.
