In the RIC below the MT a container of cooked chile rellenos was not date marked. PIC said the chile rellenos were made on Friday 8/14. COS, date marked. Also in the RIC a pan of tamales and a pan of corn dogs was not date marked. PIC said the tamales were made and the corn dogs removed from the package on Sunday 8/16. COS, dated. KDA_4_30111 - --The east steam table is not working. Ambient 87 F KDA_4_60111A - --In the kitchen a plate stored as clean next to the warewashing machine had dried food debris on it. Also, the onion slicer stored as clean over the prep table had dried food debris on it. COS, moved to be cleaned and sanitized. KDA_5_20511A - --There is a bucket, a pitcher, and a spray bottle of cleaner in the sink basin of the handwashing sink in the bar preventing employees from washing their hands. COS, moved. KDA_6_30111 - --The motion detected hand soap dispenser was not working at the handwashing sink in the wait station. COS, repaired.
