- KDA_3_30414B1 - --Wiping cloths were stored on top of prep tables without being put into sanitizer between use. COS, wiping cloths removed and placed into sanitizer.
- KDA_3_30511A1 - --A bag of milk was stored on the floor in the walk in cooler. COS, milk removed.
- KDA_3_50116A1 - --Sausage gravy 125F was in the hot holding unit. PIC stated the gravy had been in the warmer since 6 AM. COS, sausage gravy reheated to 165F, and to be maintain at 135F or above.
- KDA_4_60111A - --Cleaned utensil were stored in a utensil bin that had dried food debris in the bottom of the bin. The clean utensils were making contact with the food debris that was in the bottom of the utensils storage container. COS, utensils removed and cleaned.
- KDA_5_20515B - --The water pressure at the handsink was low.
- KDA_6_50112A - --Food debris was on under storage racks, on the floor around the washer machine. Grease buildup on the floor around the fryer and the oil tanks.
- KDA_7_20111B - --A spray bottle of sanitizer was stored above food service gloves in a storage closet. PIC stated the gloves were food service gloves. COS, chemical removed.
- KDA_Defacto - --Hot holding unit egg white 148F, folded eggs 158F, sausage 142F, and steak 144F. --Hot water 102F, handsink. --RIC milk 39F. RIC yogurt 39F. WIC cooked folded eggs 39F. RIC burritos 40F.
