KDA_3_30511A1 - --A bag of concession stand pop corn seeds were stored on the floor in the small kitchen near the dry storage rack.
KDA_3_50118A2 - --In the refrigerator, sliced ham did not have a open or discard date. PIC said the ham was opened the 11/15. COS The ham was date marked.
KDA_4_60212B - --The microwave in the small kitchen had dried food debris on the interior walls and the ceiling.
KDA_5_20511B - --A colander was stored inside the handwashing sink in the bar area. COS the colander was removed.
KDA_5_20515B - --In the big kitchen, the handwashing sink cold water did not turn on.
KDA_6_30112 - --There was not paper towels at the handwashing sink in the big kitchen area. COS Paper towels were provided.
KDA_8_30411A - --PIC was unsure where the current license is posted. Out of date licenses is posted on the bulletin board. Advise the food establishment to call the KDA office to replace the license and have it visible for customers.
