- KDA_3_50116A1 - --Hot holding in the hot box, pepperoni pizza 127.8F. The hot boxes are packed and leave the high school at 10:00AM. Hot boxes were delivered at 11:10AM today. They start serving at 11:35AM and end at 12:30PM. Food manager said, that use time as controlled some and temperature control some. She said, since they have a new truck it should be temperature controlled. Since it was less then four hours they continued serving. Ambient of the hot box at 12:25PM was 152.6F.
- KDA_4_50119 - --An employee was doing dishes at the three compartment sink, with the dish water at 102.8F in the washing sink. The person in charge said, they wash only a few utensils. She also said, that they have to get hot water a little at a time. Inspector talked to food manager and she said she will get a work order in today.
- KDA_5_20212A - --The hand washing sink in the kitchen, had a temperature of 86F when inspector washed her hands. Person in charge said, they have to get hot water a little at a time.
