- KDA_4_30111 - --The small Beverage Air RIC at the front of the kitchen had an ambient temperature of 42.7F at the coldest (the bottom shelf at the front). The ambient temperature at the back of the RIC read 47.8F. COS- removed all potentially hazardous foods from the RIC. Turned air down.
- KDA_4_60111A - --Located on the shelf under the pass through window at the front of the kitchen, there was one plate and one scoop stored as clean that were soiled with dried food debris. Corrected on site (COS)- moved to wash area.
- KDA_4_60111C - --The sides of the fryer and the flattop grill are soiled with grease. Inside the door to the fryer, there is an accumulation of grease.
- KDA_6_50111 - --The floor of the kitchen has chipping paint.
- KDA_6_50112A - --There is debris on the floor of the dish room. The floor under the fryer and the flattop is soiled with an accumulation of grease. The wall of the kitchen is stained in places.
- KDA_7_10211 - --Located on a shelf in the dishroom, there was an unlabeled spray bottle of pink liquid which the person in charge (PIC) identified as sanitizer. COS- labeled. Located on the floor next to the front counter hand sink, there was an unlabeled spray bottle of clear liquid which the PIC could not identify. COS- discarded.
