    --Trash bag sitting on floor next to the storage closets in kitchen, leaking onto floor below. Numerous live and dead fly-like insects observed alighting on bag. PIC removed the trash bag to outside, thank you.
  • Controlling Pests, Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and Pests (46.981(k)(l))
    --Numerous live and dead fly-like insects throughout the kitchen. A garbage bag filled with wet refuge observed on floor, next to the storage closets, appears to be the culprit. PIC stated the hall was rented out last week, and apparently the trash removal agreement was not upheld. Facility to cleanup the dead insects, and work towards eradicating the live insects.
