    --Two (2) digital probe thermometers stored dirty with an accumulation of grease / food residue on the handles and stems. An employee removed and cleaned the thermometers at the time of the inspection.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Heavy build up of frozen condensate on the under piping of the condenser unit within the walk-freezer. A catch bucket has been placed below to protect master containers of food, needs emptied. Repair as needed.
