    --Raw shell eggs stored above lettuce and a tray of raw chicken is in a pan with raw beef in the AdvantEdge refrigerator, by the kitchen exit. The eggs were placed on the bottom shelf and the chicken was placed separately on the bottom shelf.
  • Design & Functionality of Temperature Measuring Devices (46.590)
    --Temperature measuring device for ensuring proper temperature of equipment is not available in the AdvantEdge refrigerator by the kitchen exit. A thermometer was placed in the refrigerator.
  • Equipment in Good Repair & Proper Adjustment (46.671)
    --Loose rubber door gaskets observed on the Turbo Air refrigerator, opposite the grill.
