Meridian Vineyards

The Meridian Vineyards is located in the town of Paso Robles and provides tours and tastings on the daily basis. The tasting room is a great way to sample wines and their merchandise and selection change weekly. Guests can try wines before buying and enjoy a picnic lunch with wine and cheese right on the grounds. The tasting room is open from 10 AM until 5 PM. Tastings vary in cost and begin at $5 for the Limited Release Tasting which allows guests to enjoy a sample of five exclusive wines. The fee for the tasting is refunded if wine is purchased. Guests can also enjoy wines paired with cheese or chocolate for a $10 fee. Cheese tastings are paired with five wines and five gourmet cheeses. Chocolates are paired with four different red wines, all intended to enhance the taste of the wine and the taste of the sweets from Scharffen Berger locally made chocolates. Private tastings can be scheduled and paired with picnic lunches served in an area surrounded by lush gardens and vineyards. Group tastings can be scheduled for those who would like an outing with friends or families. The Meridian Vineyards is part of the Wineries of Highway 46 Tour, allowing visitors to the area to enjoy several different tastings at different wineries. The winery is also a popular destination for special events and weddings and offers professional event planning staff to help you plan your celebration.
