Observation: The exterior receiving doors were not insect/rodent tight.

Observation: There were several dented cans. Discussed the dangers of dented cans and where to look for dents along the seams. Cans were discarded at time of inspection.

Observation: The fan guards in the walk-in coolers were dusty. In the storage area, the shelving was soiled.

Observation: There single service-ware sitting on the floor in the storage area.

Observation: Two can openers and blades were rusty. Discussed the dangers of rusty food contact equipment. Must obtain new can openers by 5-19-15. Please send invoice to health department.
- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation: Thermometers were not placed in every walk-in cooler.
