In-use utensils, between-use storage Observation: The handles of the powder scoops were laying in the various powders.
Cleaning frequency of food contact surfaces (PHF/TCS) Observation: There was a bucket of soap and rag used to wipe down the countertops and nozzles of espresso machine. Not using a bucket with sanitizer. Discussed the importance of the issue with the PIC, bucket of sanitizer was corrected at time of inspection.
