    --A cup was being used to dispense the beverage ice. Use a scoop with a handle to dispense the beverage ice and maintain the handle of the scoop out of the ice.

    --Observed several trash bags of refuse stored outside the food facility and not in the dumpster. Also observed a large number of bees and yellow jackets at the dumpster. Keep trash stored in the dumpster. Clean the dumpster so that it does not attract insects.
  • Handwashing Facility - Handwash Cleanser, Hand Drying, Signage, Handwash Aids or Devices Use Restriction (46.941(b)-(e))
    --No soap and paper towels were provided at one of the hand sinks in the food preparation area. Provide soap and paper towels at this hand sink.

    --There is no backflow prevention device at the mop sink. Provide a backflow prevention device at the mop sink.
