    --BASEMENT: Keg Walk In Refrigerator-replace all floor panels inside and repair the front edge/base on the unit by 7/31/14.

    --Walk In Freezer-Clean the floor. Correct within 3 days.
  • Lighting Intensity (46.943)
    --Repair the non-working light fixture in the ceiling in front of the walk in refrigerator in the Kitchen. Correct within 7 days.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --BASEMENT: The wall has been replaced with drywall and spackled behind the chest freezer. However, a pipe in the ceiling above has a slow drip and has water damaged the new wall in approximately a 6" X 4" circle. Repair the drip within 1 day. Paint the wall or cover with FRP to render the wall smooth and easily cleanable once the wall dries out.
