    --Observed baked goods being sold without any label ingredients on them. Facility was given a copy of a short ingredient document, to explain the due process of baked goods/ingredient regulations.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Observed the ceiling exhaust vent with a heavy build up of grease and dust. Maintenance man was in and fan will be cleaned first thing in the morning.
