    --BASEMENT: A mold-like build-up was observed on the ice machine interior/splash guard. Clean and sanitize this unit within 24 hours. BAR: A mold-like build-up was observed on the soda gun interiors and holders. Clean and sanitize these items immediately.
  • Objective of Cleaning Grease & Soil Accumulations & Nonfood Contact Surfaces (46.711(b)(c))
    --1. Observed the under ledge of the cooking exhaust hood above the deep fat fryers with an accumulation of dust, dirt and grease. Clean this area within 7 days. 2. Bottom refrigerator areas of two (2) beer tap units have heavy mold-like build-up inside. Clean these units thoroughly within 24 hours.
  • Light Bulb Protective Shielding (46.922(a))
    --Provide a light shield under the exhaust hood in kitchen. Correct within 7 days.
  • Materials for Surfaces that are Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.522)
    --Heavy ice/frost build-up observed in the standing freezer in the basement. Defrost this unit within 7 days.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Clean the following: a) Floor under the deep fat fryers and under all equipment under the hood. b) Basement floor. c) Clean up the syrup spillage on the floor below the fountain soda syrup boxes. Correct the above within 7 days.
