    --The interior right side of the ice machine, a food contact surface, was observed to have a brown residue and was not clean to sight and touch. The machine was turned off and will be cleaned and sanitized prior to use. Buckets of ice were brought down from the main kitchen during this inspection.
  • Handwashing Facility - Handwash Cleanser, Hand Drying, Signage, Handwash Aids or Devices Use Restriction (46.941(b)-(e))
    --Paper towel dispenser empty at the hand wash sink in the kitchen area. Paper towels were placed at the sink during this inspection.
