    --Temperature measuring device for the low-temp dishmachine, located in the back, not functioning as the ambient water temperature is stationary at 80°F. Wash temperature and final rinse plate temperatures O.K. at 138°F and 132°F. Repair / replace the temperature measuring device as needed.
  • Frequency of Cleaning Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.714)
    --Thick dust build-up on the condenser units and fan guards of both walk-in coolers. Clean as needed.
