The following items will need to be addressed prior to opening: 1. Ensure all refrigeration equipment is turned on and operational. 2. Ensure soap, paper towels, and hand washing signs are installed at all hand sinks in the facility. 3. Ensure the sheathing is removed from equipment. 4. Seal all sinks and equipment that is not easily moveable to the walls. 5. Ensure all ceiling tiles are place. Ceiling tiles in food preparation and warewashing areas are smooth, durable and easily cleanable. 6. A final cleaning of physical facilities is needed.
