Tempora shrimp (2 containers), vegetable dumplings (2 containers), tempora soft shell crab (2 containers), raw scallops, 2 pans of raw chicken were voluntarily discarded by the owner for being out of temperature. A work order will be put in for the walk in refrigerator, which is currently temping at 50 degrees. The owner has agreed to not keep any PHF's in this unit until it has been fixed. Consumer advisory for Sushi items has been corrected, but steak items still needs to be disclosed. Permit issued.
