    Observation: The inside of the microwave oven is observed soiled.
    Correction: Using the manufacturer's recommended cleaning procedure, clean the microwave oven at least every 24 hours.
  • Handwashing Signage/Handwashing Facilities (corrected on site)
    Observation: The sign that notifies food employees to wash their hands is not clearly visible in the kitchen and men's restroom.
    Correction: Provide a sign/poster that is clearly visible to all employees
  • Critical: Sanitizer - Criteria/Chemicals for food contact* (corrected on site)
    Observation: The bleach sanitizing solution measured over 200+ ppm in the 3-compartment sink. Water was added to the sink.
    Correction: Utilize only bleach sanitizing solution that measures between 50-100 ppm when applying to food contact surfaces
