Observation: Facility is storing unnecessary items to the operation or maintenance of the establishment.Amana 20 refrigeration not operational.
Correction: Remove the refrigerator,(Amana 20) and all unnecessary items from the facility. The presence of unnecessary articles, including equipment which is no longer used, makes regular and effective cleaning more difficult and less likely. It can also provide harborage for insects and rodents.Refrigerator to be removed from facility according to kitchen Manager/employee within the week.

Observation: Unlabeled/Labeling wrong food product food containers.(Chil vs pineapples).
Correction: Label working containers with the common name of its contents. Food containers shall be labeled in a language that is understood by the regulatory authority and by the employee. Consumers may be allergic to certain foods or ingredients. The mistaken use of an ingredient when the consumer has requested that it not be used may result in severe medical consequences. Liquid foods and granular foods may resemble cleaning compounds. The mistaken use of food from an unlabeled container could result in chemical poisoning.

Observation: A service line board is used as a food contact surface.(Not sealed or hard maple).
Correction: Discontinue use of wood .All food contact surfaces must be smooth, durable, sealed and nonabsorbent, to prevent deterioration and to maintain an easily cleanable surface.
