The Camp MeadeRd. Location is the absolute worst franchise representing Dunkin Donuts I ever experienced. I went from a daily regular customer, to never entering the franchise again. Today , the 6th of September , As I was filling out a comment ,with intention of complementing an employee , the entire dining room over heard many profanities coming from employees. Mainly from a new employee named Far. Myself and anothercouple brought it to mgmnts attention. We received a pitiful apology, and it continued to be profain and unproffessional. I want to speak directly to corporate. Sonia is a despicable representation of DD. Employee Kepal, Liana , and far are rude , to put it kindly. Their only asset is Abid, very hard worker ,deserves a proffesional team.
Would you recommend Dunkin Donuts to others? No
