Remarks: NOT A STRIKE BUT EFFECTED FLT. DOG RAN IN FRONT OF A/C WHEN IT WAS NEAR TOUCHDOWN. PILOT PULLED UP TO AVOID DOG. AFTER LANDING A SECOND TIME PILOT REALIZED THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH ROOM TO STOP AND OBSTACLES AT END OF RWY PREVENTED A GO-AROUND. PILOT RAN INTO DITCH AND INTO STREET. SUBSTANTIAL DMG TO LANDING GEAR. ALSO DMG TO L WING, NOSE. AND PROP FROM PROP STRIKE.
