Remarks: DEER STRUCK LANDING GEAR. IT WAS EXTENDED BUT DURING A FLY BY OF MIDLAND TWR, THEY DID NOT SEE THE GEAR SO PILOT ELECTED TO LAND GEAR UP BUT SINCE THE RT MAIN GEAR HAD NOT RETRACTED THERE WAS SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO RT WING SPAR. RT MAIN LDG GEAR SCISSOR WAS FRACTURED AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY WAS SEPARATED. A/C LANDED AT MIDLAND ARPT. ARPT IN PROCESS OF GETTING GRANT TO BUILD FENCE. |
