As I understand by being in Real Estate for a period, private property is owned to infinity. This includes airspace. I have had annoying private aircraft flying over my property on and off for the past 3 to 5 years. I have asked that air traffic controllers keep all aircraft out of my airspace. Section 26 TS6 SR4 E, located between Hwy 190 and I-12. Specifically Tracts E and F of the Dale Crozier Estate. Also Tract XB3-1 containing 10.4 acres. Approx. 2 miles East of Town of Livingston, one half mile south off McLin Rd. One half mile East of South Satsuma Rd. and as I say one half mile off McLin Rd.
