THE LOW HYDRAULIC FLOW INDICATOR LIGHT CAME ON HIS RT ENGINE. PILOT OPTED TO SHUT DOWN THE ENGINE AND LAND. NO EVID OF BIRDSTRIKE WAS APPARENT ON THE SURFACE. ATTEMPTED TO MANEUVER AWAY AND WAS SUCCESSFUL AT GETTING THE BIRDS ON ONLY ONE SIDE OF THE A/C. MULTIPLE STRIKES NOTED ON LEADING EDGE FLAPS WHILE AIRBORNE. NO ENG ANOMALIES, SOUNDS OR SMELLS. AFTER LDG, NOTED MULTIPLE BIRDSTRIKE ON LEADING EDGE FLAPS, MIDDLE SECTIONS OF TE FLAPS AND INSIDE ENG INTAKE INCLUDING THE ENG CORE. NO FUSELAGE, RADOME OR LDG GEAR STRIKES NOTED. I ASKED SHOP TO COLLECT FEATHERS AND PUT THEM IN A ZIPLOC BAG.
