Remarks: PILOT THOUGHT HE SAW A PERSON BY RWY WHILE PREPARING FOR T/O. AS T/O ROLL BEGAN HE SAW IT WAS A DEER. IT BEGAN RUNNING PARALLEL W/ THE T/O PATH, THEN VEERED TOWARD THE A/C. THE PILOT PULLED UP & WENT OVER THE DEER BUT SINCE THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH SPEED, THE A/C CAME BACK DOWN. IT VEERED OFF THE RWY. & HIT A TRUCK & ARPT STORAGE HANGAR. A/C HAD SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE.
