Remarks: PILOT SAW A DEER RUN ONTO RWY FROM WEST. DEER RAN IN FRONT OF A/C. PILOT TRIED TO PULL TO PULL UP TO AVOID A COLLISION LWR PART OF FUSELAGE HIT. PILOT LANDED AND RETD TO THE DEER WHICH WAS DEAD ON RWY. DEER WAS REMOVED AND POLICE WERE CALLED. POLICE REPT SHOWS THEY WERE DISPATCHED AT 2121LCL.
