Remarks: DURING VISUAL APCH AT NIGHT. PILOT SAW 3 DEER CROSS RWY DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF HIM AND ELECTED TO ABORT LDG. DURING GO-AROUND THE L MAIN WHEEL HIT A DEER. (ALT NOT REPTD, ASSUME ABOUT 5 FEET AGL) PILOT ABORTED THE GO-AROUND AND LANDED ON REMAINING RWY. TAXIED TO RAMP. DEER WAS FOUND IN MIDDLE OF RWY, DEAD. FAA INSPECTED A/C. FOUND L MAIN LDG GEAR, INCLUDING WHEEL AND GEAR FAIRINGS AND ATTACH BRACKET WERE DAMAGED, THE CENTER AND LEFT SIDE FLOOR BOARDS WERE BUCKLED AND RT ELEVATOR WAS TWISTED DOWNWARD. ALSO SKIN DMG TO L HORIZ STABIL.
