Remarks: DURING INITIAL T/O CLIMB AT 300 FT AGL PILOT NOITICED A "BUZZARD" TO THE FRONT & SLIGHTLY ABOVE THE PLANE. PILOT LOWERED THE PITCH & RT WING. BIRD FOLDED HIS WINGS AND DOVE TOWARD PILOT. BIRD HIT RT WING LE. PILOT CONDUCTED A CONTROLLABILITY CHECK AND NOTICED A SLIGHT VIBRATION WITH RT AILERON. FLT CONTD TO KPBT 56 MILES FROM DEPTR ARPT BECAUSE THEY HAD EMERGENCY SERVICES. A/C LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. PRIOR TO THE FLT, PILOT WAS UNAWARE OF ANY REPTD BIRD ACTIVITY IN THE AREA. EXAM OF A/C SHOWED MINOR DMG OT RT WING LE AND THREE WING RIBS. (OTHER REPORT INDICATED DENT WAS 10-12" WIDE AND 6-8" DEEP. THERE WAS A SLIGHT VIBRATION IN AILERONS DUE TO MINOR DISTURBANCE IN AIRFLOW OVER RT AILERON. NTSB INVESTIGATED.
