A/C WAS PARKED & REQST WAS MADE TO REMOVE DEER OFF RWY. (IT GOT UP AND RAN OFF). DAMAGE WAS A CREASE IN LE OF WING ABOUT 1.5" DEEP AND FLAP SKINS WERE BENT. INSTRUCTOR MADE A LOW PASS ON RWY & DECIDED A/C WAS OK TO FLY & RETD TO HOME ARPT.
