ONE OF THE WHEEL PANTS BROKE LOOSE LOCKED UNDER THE TIRE AND CAUSED THE PLANE TO FLIP OVER. CRANK SHAFT FLANGE WAS BENT DURING EITHER THE TIP OVER OR RECOVERY. BOTH WINGS NEEDED NEW SKINS WITH NEW ITPS. A NEW CANOPY WAS INSTALLED ALONG WITH ELEVATORS, PROP, RUDDER, VERTICAL STAB., MOTOR MOUNT/LANDING GEAR, WHEEL PANTS, TIRES AND REAR SPAR CARRY THROUGH.TOTAL TIME OUT OF SERVICE WAS xx MONTHS. |
