Just a few questions - What is the price range of the homes? Do all have hangers? Is there land to purchase and build on site? Are there any homes currently for sale/rent?

Is any hangar space available at your airport, or are any of the properties for sale? Is it possible to buy land and build my own hangar without owning a home there!

I currently live in Pa and looking to buy a home in your area mainly to move closer to my kids. I do fly and own an aircraft and would like to move to an airport community.
