I was the previous owner and the plane went wasvoluntary reposessed. im not sure what happened to the last two years of the log book but it was complete when i let the plane go. the engine was rebuilt at the insurance companys request after a dirt propstrike. the complete records should have been with all the documentation from day one which was with the plane . there were two white 3 ring binders which showed all the maintenance and ad work done on the plane. did you not get those??? any rate the work was done in olive branch MS and it was not considered a smoh although almost everything was replaced. the AP which did my annuals oftened wondered why it wasnt considered a smoh since so much was replaced. it was a wonderful airplane and i never had any trouble with it during the time i had it. hope this helps.
