Violation descriptions and comments

Cooked vegetable mix was 129�°F in the shelf hot hold unit on the food exposition line.
Sliced cheese was 56�°F in shallow ice bath on the food exposition line. Chicken salad was 46�°F and cut tomatoes were 46�°F in the reach-in refrigerator under the food exposition line. Milk was 44�°F in the reach-in refrigerator adjacent to the drive thru window.
THe mixing valve faucets in the restrooms reached a maximum temperature of 75­�°F.
The door gaskets were torn on the drive thru reach-in refrigerator, on the salad cold-top refrigerator, and on the standing freezer next to the fryers.
The interior of the standing freezer adjacent to the fryers was soiled with food debris.

In shallow ice baths on the exposition line counter, sliced cheese was 52�°F and cut tomatoes were 45�°F. In the undercounter refrigerator in the exposition line, chicken salad was 48�°F, and cut tomatoes were 45�°F.

I visited yesterday with my 84 year old Mother, she needs assistance but loves to go out & eat. the employees were very helpful, friendly & over joyed to have us there. as we sat & had our lunch ( it was later) 2:30PM I observed a young man sitting at the table up front & with him was one of the managers, the young man was talking pretty loud & telling about his life, a short time later another manager joined then, but sat & listened attentively, it was the sweetest thing I have seen in a long time. they just all looked like they were having the time of their life enjoying being together. once my mom & I were finished eating we went to leave & at that point one of the managers got up to hold the door for us & make sure we got to the car ok.

Thank you for being a caring company & employing such wonderful people! it may my day that there are people out there that care so much for others! I just wanted you to know!
