Angelus Temple

The Angelus Temple is a church located in Los Angeles, California. The church holds services on Sunday morning and Thursday evening. Services are held for all ages in the Infants Room, Walkers Room, and for groups from the ages of 2 to ten years.

The main service is held on a Sunday morning from 9am to 11am, the Reach Youth Service is held in the DC Gym on a Tuesday evening at 7pm and a mid-week service which features a guest speaker is held on a Thursday evening at 7pm.

The temple believes that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and that God is The Eternal Godhead, three parts that are coexistent, coeternal and equal in divine perfection. They believe that man was created in the image of God through voluntary disobedience which fell into the depths of sin and iniquity. The church has a sacred duty to identify themselves with a congregation of believers who can worship God and observe Christ's ordinances.

The current pastor of the church is Sr. Pastor Matthew Barnett, who believes that a church should be opened for parishioners and visitors 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The church serves the inner-cities physical and spiritual needs and brings a message of hop to those who seem hopeless. Sr. Pastor Matthew Barnett founded the Dream Center at the temple in 1994. The church is dynamic and one of the fast growing church's in America.

The non profit Dream Center provides food, clothing, shelter, life rehabilitation, education and job training for thousands of visitors from all races and cultures each week. To support the center merchandise is available for purchase such as shirts, CD's or postcards.
