Would it be possible to get a map of the handicapped entrances/exits? I use a PowerChair.

I am very angry with the M Parking downtown. I was there for 2.5 hours and charged $20. Yes signs were posted that said $20, however the sign on the wall of the entrance was quite clear that that was for the day. This will cost you money in the long run. Greed being the main problem, however, Not posting the signs or an employee at the entrance to make it clear that it was $20 regardless of time spent, or which event was involved. Less and less people will come downtown and less people will use your parking. Downtown was a ghost town once and this type of thing will lead it back there again. Then you or the people you sell out to will be begging for government assistance because no one will come downtown anylonger. Shame on you greedy ass.
Making money is not wrong. Hoping a trusting public will not catch a clever ruse is no good business.

Is there a map or guide for the skywalk? It would be nice to know what you can get to, In the Winter time.
