CordeValle, A Rosewood Resort

Nestled in the foothills of California's Santa Cruz Mountains, CordeValle, A Rosewood Resort, occupies some 1,700 acres of meadows, valleys, hills, creeks, and waterfalls. Its grounds are home to a 7,169-yard championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and the 85-acre Clos LaChance winery and vineyard, where tastings may be enjoyed. Guest rooms here come in three forms: 550-square-foot Fairway Rooms with golf course views; 750-square-foot private Bungalows on a hill overlooking the 9th fairway; and Villa Suites measuring 1,100 square feet. All units have WiFi access, gas fireplaces, original artwork, flat-screen televisions, and California king beds.

For dining, Il Vigneto serves fresh local cuisine with classic Italian and contemporary Californian flair. Meanwhile, the Lion's Peak Grill offers light fare and cocktails from sunrise to sunset, and the One Iron Bar is the place for local wines and seasonal cocktails.

For meetings and conferences, the golf course clubhouse offers more than 4,100 square feet of space, a cigar room, and a bar, grill and restaurant, capable of accommodating special events for up to 150 guests.
