North Carolina is made up of three regions: coastal, piedmont, and mountains. Raleigh is the state capital, which sits in the piedmont section of the state. As an inland city the climate is fairly mild during the year. For tourists and travelers there are attractions, events, and business needs located in the city. Any time a person travels they need a place to stay. The Sheraton Raleigh Capital Center Hotel can accommodate any visitors to the "greater'' Raleigh area.
