Considered by many travelers to be LA's hottest hotel, the Sofitel Los Angeles is a combination of Hollywood and French style. The hotel has received four stars and is located at the corner of Beverley Boulevard and La Cienega. The rooms feature high-definition televisions and wireless Internet access. Each room has a workstation, French bath amenities, and glass-enclosed rain showers. There are five different varieties of room, ranging from the basic Superior Room featuring two double beds set in 325-375-square foot spaces to the Imperial Suite, featuring a living room, balcony, fireplace, and king-sized bed. Guests can enjoy onsite dining at Simon LA, the Los Angeles restaurant of celebrity chef Kerry Simon. The restaurant features two dining area, water elements, and a fire pit. The Stone Rose Lounge is a destination for travlers and locals alike, and offer sophisticated surroundings, adult beverages, and small bites also created by Chef Simon. Simon also owns restaurants in Las Vegas. Nearby attractions include the Getty Center, the Planetarium, the Los Angeles Zoo, Hollywood, Disneyland, and Universal Studios. LeSpa is onsite at the hotel and offers 5,000-square feet of treatment space where guests can enjoy massage, sauna, the use of the fitness center, Hammam, and the outdoor pool. Meeting and wedding space is available.
