There are eight separate entrances to the mall each of which is surrounded by parking. There is no charge for parking at the mall and the lots are regularly patrolled by mall security. All parking at the mall near the main entrances, the south and north parking garages have parking that is accessible to the handicapped.

The mall is included on a number of MBTA bus routes and has an enclosed bus stop. The stop is next to the South Parking Garage across from Rock Bottom Restaurant.
